WHY A RESCUE DOG?

From Pound To Precinct!

Washington State Patrol Bomb Detection K-9 Neville was rescued from death in an Ontario, Canada animal shelter when the breed was banned there. Transported to Washington, he is now protecting American citizens by sniffing for explosives.

Rescue Dog To The Rescue!

Washington State Patrol Drug Detection K-9 in training, Mikey, was rescued from the Clackamas County, Oregon shelter. This wonderful dog and his sister were abandoned in a basement and left to starve. Despite that start, Mikey loves everyone, especially kids. Another reason to go-rescue!

Why a rescue dog?

It's simple: Recycle-A-Bull dogs are hand selected by noted breed authorities and thoroughly temperament tested. As well, dogs are evaluated for physical soundness. Adopters get a prescreened animal which has been altered, microchipped and vetted.

No one makes money on a rescue dog. You are not supporting back yard breeders or puppy mills. Adoption fees are used to pay for each animal's expenses.

Recycle-A-Bull volunteers put the welfare of the dog first. That means you can expect to be thoroughly screened. If you find our concern for our dogs intrusive, please look elsewhere. Many dangers exist for our dogs - we do are best to protect them, and we look for adopters who will do the same.

Recycle-A-Bull Rescue offers the adopter lifetime support. Our volunteers are all experienced, dedicated and in some cases animal care professionals, and can help you with any questions which may arise.
