Pit Bull Informational Pages by Diane Jessup
Picture of the Month

This month I'm featuring two photos... a before and after series.

This photo, reprinted here with permission of the AP, shows a little pit bull being rescued by two firefighters in New Orleans, LA.

He had been drowning, tangled in some wires. We thought you might want to see him today...

Here is "Skipper" today, safe, clean and being loved by volunteers for Out of the Pits Rescue in New York. Thanks to Cyd Cross of OOTPs for bringing this story to my attention.

Skipper has never had it this good. He awaits adoption. Out of the Pits website is: www.outofthepits.org
