Diane Jessup is the author of The Working Pit Bull, The Dog Who Spoke With Gods, and co-author of Colby's Book of the APBT. She created and runs the LawDogs program, putting pit bulls in law enforcement agencies as narcotics and explosives detection dogs.

As a serious breed steward with 23 years in the breed, I do maintain a very small breeding program for my own use, however, due to the severe breed overpopulation crisis I offer NO dog sales or stud service to the public. Please consider a rescue animal for your next pet. NOW is the time to save the breed by keeping your dogs in your own yard and out of the headlines.

LAWDOGS SHIRT O' THE MONTH!

My early imprint program is producing pups that search intently on a variety of surfaces as early as (shown here) ten weeks of age.

This is BOLDOG SUPERFREAK, sired by BOLDOG DIRK, SchH III, FR Brevet OFA ex, heart/patellas/CERF x BOLDOG FREAKSHOW, OFA ex (prelim) OFA heart/elbows/CERF. FreakShow will make her debut in the weight pull shute in May. She is a Dirk daughter and is a sister to K9 Dilly!

LawDogsUSA is happy to welcome three pups from the "bust" of Pat Patrick, T L Williams and a couple others in Arizona. The HSUS was kind enough to pay to fly me to Arizona to evaluate the 120+ dogs seized from horrific conditions in this dog fight bust. Sadly, the majority of the dogs were physically and mentally damaged (not human aggressive!) making them unsuitable for LawDogs. Some even had their collars grown into their necks.

Many thanks to Humane Society of Southern Arizona and Pima Co. Animal Control for their help in giving these pups a chance at a better life. For more information about this bust and the fate of the dogs: CLICK HERE
